RETURNS AND REFUNDS

For Arca Distribution, the satisfaction of customer who purchase products on our website is a top priority.

Pursuant to Article 64 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without specifying the reason, within 10 working days from the day of acceptance of the goods. This right apply to products that have not been used and have maintain the original integrity of the goods.

Furthermore, in accordance with Article 64 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal is carried on by sending, within the specified period, a written communication to the company's address by registered letter with return receipt requested. The communication can also be sent, within the same period, by email to after-sales@arcacompany.it, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with return receipt requested within 48 hours.

Arca Distribution will refund the price paid by the Consumer, provided that the Product has been returned by the Consumer within 30 (thirty) days from the date of acceptance by Arca Distribution.
 

HERE ARE THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must send an email to after-sales@arcacompany.it within 10 days from the date of acceptance of the products. The email should contain the following information:

• Intention to exercise the right of withdrawal according to Article 64 of the Consumer Code.
• List of the products for which the customer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal.
• Order number subject to the refund.
• Payment method for the order. In case of payment via bank transfer, the consumer's bank account number.

The returned products must be:

• Correctly packaged in their original packaging, in perfect resale condition (not damaged, spoiled, or soiled) and equipped with all possible accessories, instructions for use, and documentation.
• Cosmetic products must not be opened or used.
• Without any obvious signs of use, except those compatible with a normal test of the items. They should not show traces of prolonged use (beyond a few minutes) exceeding the time necessary for a test and should be in a condition that allows resale.

Shipping costs are paid by the consumer, and the consumer is free to choose the courier he/she prefer. The risks associated with the destruction or damage of the products during shipment are responsibility of the Customer. It is understood that in such an event, the products will not be considered intact, and the withdrawal will not be effective.
Once Arca Distribution receives the goods and verifies their perfect integrity, the company will proceed to issue the refund within 30 days.
