The oxidant in cream RefectoCil 3% (10 vol .) can be mixed with RefectoCil eyelash and eyebrow dye.
Creamy consistency, easy to apply, is odorless and ensures perfect color results.
Precise application thanks to the supplied dispenser.
The result lasts up to 6 weeks.
One pack of developer is sufficient for approximately 150 applications.
How to use:
1. Prepare the coloring paste.
Mix 2 cm of color with 15-20 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant cream oxidant (code 10152).
2. Apply the color with the stick on eyebrows and dry, make-up-free and clean eyelashes.
3. Leave to act for 5-10 minutes depending on the desired intensity and clean with a moistened cotton swab.
Eyes must remain closed until completely clean.
