Recommendations for use: 

1. Remove nail polish and file nails.
2. Put on gloves and leave on for 10-20 minutes.
3. Cut the tips of the gloves for each nail as you proceed with the nail and cuticle treatment.
4. Remove the gloves and gently massage the remaining cream around the nails and cuticles.
5. Remove excess cream from the nails with a tissue before applying nail polish.
