Veins into the deep layers of the epidermis substances and active ingredients with diameters larger than the spaces normally found within the skin layer. The principle - in the absence of needles, lasers or chemical peels - consists in the administration of micro - electrical currents (continuous and alternating) that with a handpiece, are delivered to the superficial skin layer. The client does not experience any discomfort, as the “doses” of current are infinitesimal and imperceptible. The handpiece delivers micro - currents by promoting the opening of ionic and aqueous channels that represent “highways” for the active ingredient. Through these channels (use a conducting gel), ionizable active ingredients (mainly liquid or in cocktail form) are applied. The treatment takes approx. 20-40 min depending on the region of the body to be treated (face and/or body).
